Athlete Spotlight: Samantha McCleerey

Samantha McCleerly is a professional show jumper based out of McCleerey Equestrian in Reddick, Florida. She is a well rounded equestrian who has competed in eventing, show jumping and dressage. Trained by multiple Olympic eventing athletes Samantha has competed in the Intermediate and 2* FEI level. She has also received her Bronze Medal in dressage. Samantha has recently put her focus on showjumping. In 2022 she moved up to the 1.25 jumper classes with her personal horse, Fernhill First Choice, under the guidance of Will Simpson. Samantha has goals to compete in the Future Prixs at WEC Ocala and begin her FEI career in showjumping.
